A mist cannon, also called a fog cannon machine, uses high pressure to atomize water into micron-sized droplets. These droplets capture airborne dust, effectively achieving dust control mining and construction sites. Key parts are a fan, water pump, and nozzle system. Tip: Droplet size is key. The best range is 50-150 microns. Too large, they fall fast; too small, they evaporate. Our machines control this precisely.

• Features: Built-in water tank for mobility. Pump pressure is adjusted via a manual knob: clockwise for higher pressure and flow.
• Pros: Easy setup, lower cost, good for intermittent use.

Industrial Mist Cannon (Tankless)

• Features: Connects directly to water supply lines, no tank. Standard filter protects nozzles. Uses a frequency converter (VFD) for automatic pump flow control.
• Pros: Can operate continuously, less maintenance, ideal for high-dust environments like dust control mining.
• Key Difference: Projects needing >100m range must choose the industrial model. Standard model pumps cannot sustain stable atomization at long ranges.

Control Type: Manual, Semi-Auto, Full-Auto

• Manual: Both vertical and horizontal movement is manual. Lowest price but labor-intensive. We do not recommend unless the budget is extremely tight.
• Semi-Auto: Auto rotation (left/right), manual tilt (up/down). A mid-range option.
• Full-Auto: Fully remote-controlled vertical and horizontal movement. This is our default recommendation. It allows preset angles, saves labor, and fits modern construction site dust control needs.
